A ten-week program by The Waterloo Regional Police Service to educate newcomers to Canada, particularly women and young girls, about Canadian laws and local social agencies. This portion of the program targeted Arab men and covered several topics, such as domestic violence, traffic, special victims’ unit, human trafficking, youth protection branch, drugs and firearms, fraud, and cybercrime.
